My concerns with the new railroad to bypass Chicago and connect with the Milton Wisconsin Rail lines are: 1. The number of trains is significantly more than currently use the current tracks. If the lines are connecting can the current tracks handle the traffic expected. 2. The current track heading through Lima Township are in marsh area and what would be the impact to the marsh, animals, foliage etc. if more trains travel each day.
