Patton or GLB is proposing free electricity for residents along the route. Is there an environmental issue with running electricity so close to a railway? Also, Patton claims there is a need for this, but 2 railways have already stated they do not have an interest. Eminent domain is being used to take away and devastate a landscape for tracks not to used?
