Mr. Navecky, I am a police officer. I live near a rail road crossing in Kankakee, IL. This specific railroad crossing is on 2750W Road, just north of IL Route 17, in Limestone Township. I have been stuck at this crossing countless times. Not just waiting for a train to pass, but for the train to start moving. It usually stops on the track for anywhere up to 20 minutes. It creates backups and is an extreme inconvenience and annoyance to people who live around there. The GLBRR would not only cause hundreds more crossings like these, but also poses a great threat to public safety. If a persons life can be saved, but I arrive 15-20 minutes later than I could have, I'd blame that death on FRANK PATTON and the GLBRR!!!! THIS IS EMINENT DOMAIN ABUSE
