Mr. Navecky, This letter is to speak specifically to the socioeconomic issue and the stress that eminent domain can cause citizens. I've worked my behind off to achieve my American Dream, and that is to own the home in the town that I grew up in, and raise my children in the town that I grew up in, and send them to the great school that I attended. I'm achieving that dream as I write this. My home is in the country and it is beautiful thanks to hard work and determination. I intend to spend my dying days here in this home. It's something I never thought I'd achieve. But I have. Please ask yourself, why should my true American Dream be taken away for the profitability of others? Even worse, why should my AMERICAN dream be taken away with the prospect of foreign investors being involved? That's unamerican if you ask me. Eminent domain is for the good of the public, and the use of the public. This doesn't serve the public AT ALL. It only disturbs the public and our beautiful community. I will now have to stress for as long as this takes that I will lose everything I've achieved via an unjust use of eminent domain. Please choose a no action alternative and shut this nightmarish, unnecesary, unwanted, private profiteering railroad debacle down. Thank You, Jason Kokos Taxpayer - Hardworking American
