Mr Navecky, Please consider the infrastructure required to support a 15,000 acre railport. This area is not of the ability to support such a thing. The amount of first responders is not nearly enough of what would be required in Kankakee County. This county does not have the budget able to support what would be necessary to ensure the safety of surrounding homes and citizens. Tax payers should not shoulder the burden of this cost to beef up" what would be required. This is not an area that could sustain such a thing without extreme repercussions. Thank You"
