The GLB rail will pass through the back of our Emerald Grove Cemetery in the far NW corner of Bradford Township, Rock Cty, WI. The Cemetery Auxiliary has sent a letter with their concerns (although I don't see it posted yet). This Cemetery is cataloged with the Wisconsin Historical Society - Burial Sites Preservation Board. This designation affords the cemetery some protections and procedures that GLB must abide by if it is to ever go through the cemetery. Attached is my request to become an Interested Person" in this cemetery and I and any other "Interested Person" may formally protest the GLB rail. You will see from this attachment that the GLB rail has an affect on every person who has attachment, personal or historical, to that cemetery. Please consider the cultural and historical significance of this place in your assesment of the GLB rail. Additional note: the railroad that is south of the cemetery has already caused Emerald Grove Road to be closed because the bridge is unsafe and they won't repair it. Thank you."
