Can GLB foot the bill for bringing more pollutants into Porter county air? Porter County residents are required to have emission tests on their vehicles even though that is not the cause of the air quality. The reason is expressway to the north with out of state traffic that does not do emission testing. Will the increased out of traffic sitting longer at train intersections now decrease the air quality? Long waits at gates will increase vehicle emission emitted into the air.
