If the railway has to go in, there should be mandates that force GLB to install eco-bridges on every farm that it dissects, therefore allowing the farmer to farm land above the railway or transverse into fields. Eco-bridges would also allow safe habitats for wildlife. The more Eco-bridges GLB would have to build would be better. I have attached a photo of an example of an eco-bridge.
