Mr. Navecky, The population of this country (and the world) continues to grow exponentially. While population is growing, farmland is not. New farmland does not just appear daily like new people do. In fact, it's the opposite. Farmland is being destroyed/removed/replaced daily. This project would remove 5% of farmland from the county of Kankakee, IL. Kankakee County has some of the most valuable farmland in the entire state of Illinois. A reduction in farmland for a bullshit railroad and railyard to help Chicago is just ridiculous. PLEASE KILL this project. This is EMMINENT DOMAIN ABUSE!!!!!!
