Mr Navecky, A concern I have is how the GLB Railroad will effect a school district. If the rail port" is built in Sumner Township, Kankakee County, it would decimate the school district of Grant Park. The school's enrollment would be cut in half and would not be able to sustain a school. Also, on 9000N Road in Sumner Township is the Manteno Mobile Home Community with approximately 200-250 residents. These are low income people who would be forced to move without possibly having the means to do so. This rail lime proposal is not "progress" It is devastation to thousands of families in its path. PLEASE KILL THIS PROJECT!!!!"
