OBJECTION and Call for action AGAINST the Great Lakes Basin Transportation Railroad, Docket No.FD 35952. As a resident of Kankakee County, Illinois, my family and I request the STB pursue no action alternative" of denying the petition or application of GLBT due to the negative environmental, safety, social and economic impact the rail line would have on us and ALL that own property and reside in and near the proposed path of the railway! We thought Bald Eagles are still under the Illinois protection Act!! There has been a nest near the proposed Kankakee State Park/Warner Bridge crossing for years! This rail line will devistate it!!! PLEASE call for action AGAINST this rail line! Thank you."
