STB, we continue to research the need for an additional rail line or Great Lakes Basin Railway. We have yet to find a need. There seems to be so many unused or fully used rail lines in this area. How can we allow eminent domain to trample over citizens' homes, farms, and have a negative impact on our wildlife, water, and eco systems? We are asking that you do not give a permit for Great Lakes Basin to proceed any further. Thanks in advance for allowing our input and comments. Brian & Mary Dekker
