I am concerned that the GLB project is not concerned with the number of pipelines running through the Kankakee county area they plan to build their rail system on. There has been a gas line burst and spew fire into the night sky from the weight of trucks. This line is in the direct path of the tracks that GLB plans to build . What would the weight of a rail system do to those underground lines ? What impact would this desecration of these underground pipelines do to the farming, wildlife, and water sources for those in the path. I urge you to STOP this unnecessary destruction of lands clearly meant for sustainable generational farming.
