[BONFIELD] I am concerned about 1) destruction of farmland and 2) the use of eminent domain to procure land 1) The permanent destruction of the farmland natural resources as a result of this privately funded project would be a violation of the intent of both the Federal Farmland Protection Policy Act (CFR-2010-TITLE7-VOL6-PART658) and the Illinois Farmland Preservation act (505 ILCS 75/). The application of these Federal and State Laws should be evaluated as part of the review process. (Portions of both acts are attached) 2) Eminent domain should not be allowed for a private project. This private project has no proven necessity for the good of the community, has no publicly acknowledged support from major railroads and has not proven that it is totally funded without using taxpayers federal money to build it. I request this project should be rejected Respectfully, Randall Mau
