Please consider the air pollution that will be emitted from the railyard in Sumner Twp. This is an unnecessary use of land. The largest rail yard in this country is 1/5 the size. This is a land grab! It should not be allowed. The federal government should protect people from abusive eminent domain attempts such as this. My American dream was to own a home in the country with a small plot of land and raise my kids in the community and rural area I grew up in. I worked my ass off to attain this. Now it there is potential I lose all of this at the hands of wealthy investors? That's wrong, and UNAMERICAN! Do the right thing and shut this nightmare down.
