Please explain how the Great Lakes Basin Railroad is a bypass of Chicagoland, when it goes through Chicagoland. Most of the trains that would use the line do no not go through the city itself already. A bypass should truly bypass an area, such a as building a line from Kansas City to Atlanta to end the need for trains going east needing to go through Chicago. This is not a bypass.
