Please DO NOT APPROVE FD 35952 by Great Lakes Basin Transport. The proposed Railroad will pass 1/4 mile from my home changing drainage and cross a creek 1&1/4 miles from my home where draining rain water needs to go. My Home would be flooded with nowhere for the rain water to go. Bonfield has a population of 325 and ALL would Affected with Flooding by a Change of Drainage by the GLB Railroad!! The GLB Railroad trains will not stop in or near Bonfield to provide services to the community. The GLB Railroad is inconsistent with the public convenience and necessity.
