Please DO NOT APPROVE FD 35952 by Great Lakes Basin Transport. The proposed Railroad will pass 1/4 mile from my home changing drainage and cross a creek 3/4 of a mile from my home where draining rain water needs to go. My Home would be flooded with nowhere for the rain water to go. Bonfield has a population of 325 and ALL would Affected with Flooding by a Change of Drainage by the GLB Railroad!! The GLB Railroad is inconsistent with the public convenience and necessity.
