This proposed railroad will negatively effect waterways all where it passes. Soil will be disrupted, field drainage will be damages, natural creeks and streams will be ruined. This will also destroy habitats for many animals and creatures. This railroad will go through the Kankakee State Park which SHOULD NOT be touched. It will ruin the Kankakee River. The aesthetics of a railroad and the biggest railyard in the country would be horrendous. Do not grant an exemption to this project. KILL THIS PROJECT. This is eminent domain abuse!!!!
