The STB needs to make sure than an exemption to the GLB is NOT granted. A full environmental study needs to be completed or, better yet, kill the entire proposed project. No class 1 railroads support this proposal. The effects of farmland in Kankakee county would be abysmal. Not only would it destroy 4.5% of all farmland in Kankakee County, but it would affect field drainage, wetlands, landlock farmland, etc... These farmers livelihood is at stake and stands to be destroyed by eminent domain abuse. KILL THIS PROJECT. THIS IS EMINENT DOMAIN ABUSE
