I do not feel that this rail line is worth the destruction of the farmland it will pass through. Once an acre of top quality farm land is taken out of production, that acre can never be replaced. We only have so much farm land available for future food production, And we should do all we can to make sure that it is not destroyed. And the farm land in this part of Rock County Wisconsin is the best in the world. Rail line can go anywhere, but this type and quality of farm land can not be found everywhere. Please do not allow this rail line to cut through this top quality farm land.
