The proposed GLB railroad will make getting in and out of Rockford, Belvedere, Dekalb, Sycamore a much more dangerous trip for all who live in northern Dekalb and southern Boone and Winnibago counties. To add a BUSY railroad with all the crossings it will need will create a great number of additional driving hazards for local residents and farm vehicles. Let us not forget the multitudes of NIU students traveling back and forth from from there homes in the stateline. I have two railroads within two miles of my home and the Canada TAR SAND OIL pipeline next to my property. The GLBR calls tanker cars bursting open during a accident or derailment a SPILLAGE! This SPILLAGE would be cleaned up by environmental specialist! I have seen that work before in northern Illinois derailments!!! No one has a clue what to do! Evacuate and let it burn seems to be the plan. We in northern Illinois don't want to be violated by big business making promises that can't or won't keep! Stop the GLBR FD 359952 Clyde Netzley
