I am very concerned about the noise and vibration of the trains. I am a kindergarten teacher at Morgan Elementary, and I know the trians will be VERY distracting to my students. It will be especially distracting to my students with IEPs. For example, I have an autistic student this school year who would not be able to focus one bit everytime a train would pass through. I am very concerned about the noise and vibration and am against the rail line.
