STB is dishonestly enabling this project that: 1. Has no need as stated in company filings & statements by GLBT 2. Cannot be a profitable business mode. 3. Is actually about shipping Bakken Crude and has nothing to do with re-routing current freight through Chicago. It is shameful that you are refusing to look at the true environmental impact of what this project is designed to do. It is also shameful that you constantly give misleading information. STB has no duty to have environmental hearings when: 1. The project is not a real business plan 2. The purpose of the project can be objectively demonstrated as being hidden from STB filings. Since you cannot maintain consistent statements and directives -- I demand you direct me to those at the STB that are looking at the business plan and need for this project.
