Hi Dave I hope that we were able to give you enough information about how this is completely not feasible in this location. I am sending you a few pictures so that you can see this is not just a farm, but a multimillion dollar estate that we are creating and working very very had at to leave a legacy for our children. I know you said you are not from the area, so I am sending you a few short videos so you can see that as far as a noise study, if more than 5 cars go by - it's a noise problem out here. Hopefully that will save you time and energy on a noise study in the area. We hope that all of you on the board and whoever else is involved in making the decision to allow this or not, realize what a great burden is put on your shoulders. Two men, who have no business running multiple tracks and hauling toxic material are asking you for permission to do so. In the heart of the Midwest. Frank doesn't understand that whether he wants a glass of milk, hamburger on the grill, or a fancy steak- he gets those options because of the people he is trying to destroy. We hope you see there is NO public need for this. This is only money in some pockets and some unwanted tax dollars maybe. The burden placed on you guys is either the decision to help Frank and Jim single handedly destroy tens of thousands of innocent people that have dedicated their lives to helping the environment and feeding our children, or telling them NO. It's really easy to see the right answer here. More studies are not even needed. The environmental impact here would be catastrophic! Please don't be bullied by people above you to push this through. You seem very genuine. And I'm a pretty good judge of character. Please do the moral, ethical and environmental duty you have in front of you and say NO. I'm a trauma nurse in the operating room across town and we have a saying that is also very appropriate here- just because you can do it- doesn't mean you should. It doesn't matter if Warren Buffet is behind this. The environmental impact that this project would have is astronomical. The answer is clear here- NO. Sorry Frank. Games Over. Please let me know that all of the packet of information and pictures I gave you at the meetings will become part of the record. Please let me know as soon as this will be moved from MP 186-188. My husband is physically sick over this. Please call me or email me anytime. Thanks Dave Amy Nystrom 815-509-0445 anenjn@yahoo.com Sent from my iPhone [no files attached]
