It is plainly obvious that Mr. Patton has no compassion, concern, or grip on reality about the affect his project has on the everyday lives of hundreds of thousands of people. He said about two people getting killed on a rail crossing if people want to commit suicide they will find a way to do it" how cold hearted can he get? All he wants is to leave a legacy for future generations and make money for his rich investors without consideration of the legacy all the landowners want to leave to their families. He said in his opinion real estate value will not decrease , what kind of bubble is he living in? The property value for miles on either side of the tracks will decrease. This man has no grip on reality!!!! His business dealings are very suspect, he will not answer direct questions, and when he does not want to answer he goes on to the next question, why, does he not know the answer or is he trying to hide something? THIS MAKES YOU BELIEVE YOU CANNOT TRUST HIM!!!! You need to deny this man a permit because he is not trustworthy and is trying to hide many things from ALL of us, you included!!! Ken Daggett"
