I have seen over 52 pages of government agencies, elected officials, interested parties and Indian Tribes that were notified and asked for their opinion on the GLBRR. Why weren't the residents notified?? The people who live in the homes and land that would be destroyed???? I live in Sumner Township in Kankakee County. This needs to stop now! Before another penny of taxpayer money is spent on this nonsense of Frank Patton's legacy"!!! "
