Mr. Navecky, I appreciate your time and consideration to this matter. The Great lakes basin railroad is very concerning to me for many reasons, one of which being how detrimental it will be on the environment. The pollution that would seep into our ground water and rural areas. We drink, bathe, and live via wells, and the railyard and freight train pollution would surely pollute the ground. As well, the creeks and streams and sloughs would now have this pollution, sending likely thousands and thousands of gallons of polluted water to the great Kankakee River endangering wildlife and the aquatics. I ask that you consider these detrimental impacts of this railroad as a key reason to reject this proposal. Thank you sir for your time. Jason R. Kokos
