The proposed route for this railroad is about 400 feet from my property. It is also along the ditch that my property drains to. I don't know how deep they will be digging for the right of way but there is a good possibility they will block the drainage from my place. The water table here is never lower than 6 feet and at times is 1 to 3 feet below the surface of the ground. Putting a railroad in an area that is this wet cannot be good for the environment the people that live here and I would think the right of way would not be too stable either. Sincerely, Kevin Snook
