Dear Sir: Our home is literally just a few hundred feet from the proposed tracks that will cut through our family farm ground. Our home is a centennial farm, soon to be 150 years old (2019) I am concerned about our water well. There is a reasonable risk that the spillage, leakage from every day travel of train cars and possible derailment of hazardous tank and freight cars would pose a serious threat to our water well. The certain damage to our existing field waterways and drainage systems, in addition to our human and animal consumption water source is a danger that I submit for you to consider in your decision to allow the GLB railroad to proceed. I urge you to deny their request, and implore you to act in favor of the families, tenants, residents and rural communities who vehemently oppose this project. Thank you, Kathleen Bessen
