I do not see any filings yet under FD35952, so didn’t file a POR notice. I did sign up for “mailings” under the GLBT eis website. Should I file a formal POR notice on STB docket, even though there are no other filings, or does that come later after GLBT files petition? Would we file scoping comments w/o filing POR then?
