[Kankakee] Dear Mr. Navecky, I'm sure you've read the same thing over and over again regarding the GLB Railroad. I am writing to reiterate that point and express my anger at this proposed railroad. The chosen path for this railroad in Sumner Township, Kankakee County, IL is of the most importance to me. It not only would devastate the town I grew up in, but would also destroy my family home where my mother still lives and my brother's home, which he just built for his family of 4 within the last 2 years. NO ONE in that area wants their lives destroyed and uprooted for financial gain by private investors... THIS IS EMINENT DOMAIN ABUSE!!!! This railroad will destroy biological resources, not only in that area, but in the Kankakee County area where it intends to pass through the Kankakee River State Park. THIS IS UNNEEDED, UNWANTED, UNWARRANTED, AND UNBELIEVABLE!!!
