I believe Mr. Pattons plan to build a railroad needs to be scrapped. There is already a plan in place, CREATE, and it is working very well, cutting thru time drastically to what it was and it is only going to get better. This plan is being used and endorsed by the major rail systems in the affected area, why would they want to pay a toll to use a track that is untried and not being endorsed by any major rail lines? CREATE uses existing lines and does not require any new lines being built and the lose of valuable land in the process. Thank You Ken Daggett
