Mr. Navecky, I am writing to ask you to oppose any plans for a new GLB Railroad system. There are so many negative points to having this implemented. The safety of all of our children at these RR crossings is at top of my list! We don't want the pollution above ground and underground in our communities. The RR crossings that are in place in Indiana right now are NOT properly maintained! They wreak havoc on all of our vehicles. It is not fair to all farmers and landowners whose land will be taken by these billionaires. The farmers and families who will lose their land don't deserve that. The companies that want to move all their goods via a new RR, can use the existing RR tracks or continue using our bigger & better highways that President Obama just sunk millions of our taxpayer money into. There are many other options for the billionaires to get their goods from one place to another, without effecting negatively all of our small communities and possibly have major devastation in a case where a train has a accident with hazardous material. Then our small Emergency responders are left to clean up their mess. Once again, not fair to all of them. Many negatives, including traffic congestion at RR crossings and holding up possible ambulance calls, or firefighters. All of these negatives should be considered while making your decisions. Please consider ALL people, not just the rich who want to take control of someone else's hard-earned land that's been in families for sometimes generations. Sincerely, Georgia Quinn
