Frequent trains carrying hazardous materials are an enormous threat to the natural environment and the well being of all residents both human and non-human in the area. There can be no justification for this unnecessary rail construction. Such construction would be purely based on blind, short-term greed and self interests of the few. Your project has no merit. Those involved and their relation will be rightly demonized by the community members whose lives they will destroy.
