The Great Lakes Basin Railroad plan is flawed. They claim anyone owning land with the train running through it will be granted the right to access the line. They can sell to a factory or business, but this land is zoned agricultural. How is the Surface Transportation Board going to change that zoning? The train makes the land unfarmable in some cases and then it is unsellable because of zoning issues. This line is poory thought out and does not reflect the reality of the land and it's approved uses. This line needs to be stopped and sent back for more planning. The claims of the builder are untrue.
