Recently miles 130 to 134 have seen increased bald eagle activity. 2144 north 40th road, currently is home to a an Eagle's nest. We need to protect this area as wildlife is coming back to it. This line will harm wildlife. How is the Surface Transportation Board going to ensure this line does not adversely affect the Eagles?
