Great lake Basin Transportation LLC estimate 90% project finance through Federal R/R loans. Patriotic federal taxpayers small business farmer gives his hard earned money to IRS so the Nation will protect, serve and care for him. IRS passes taxpayers money to Congress U.S. Congress passed $281BILLION transportation bill to give to DOT STB a small division of DOT okays GLBT LCC. GLB LLC see opportunity to make profits off taxpayers and applies for a least $8BILLION or more in form of loans that with loop holes will never pay paid. The small hard working farmer tax money in reality is being used to destroy or severely harm his business and quality of life. IRS says farmers are honest in paying Federal taxes. As a taxpayer I vote NO, NO, NO, No,NO, to Great lake Basin Railroad getting approval and any Federal R/R loans. There are beneficial needs for my tax money to support not provide for a destructive environmental project, or give my money to this speculative hedge fund Indi duals. thank you
