Mitigation is not the answer to stress questions. It is not the answer to GLB either. Mitigation doesn't alleviate, it just extends stress forever. All it means farmers have for ever hire lawyers to fight for rights on sheet of paper that doesn't mean a thing. Or the paper put added responsibility on the farmer. It is not comprise it is giving R/R want they want in full terms. LLC Groups are hidden inlayers of shell companies, no one takes responsibility--and never will. I can tell you about the oil pipe line that broke our neighbor tile. (5 yrs still not fix,-companies lawyers keep changing -one excuse given) STB is far away in D.C. they will see or deal with the consequences of their force mitigations. PLEASE A COMPLETE NO TO GLB thank you
