I have seen reports of the use of the rails and conjestion and a thought came to mind that whom ever runs the chicago rail way may need more organization possably or hier someone with more experiance running a huge big bussy rail line maybe they are burnt out and sick of it ...if pack mercandise in traincars by region and sending them on a rail line to that direction and do less change over in this terminal using others farther away and running differant times of day 24 hours a day possably this is going on now but I feel all possable things must be tryed first before sacrifising all this land and if it is only needed in chicago than it doesnt need to also go through 2 other states the area of over use is so small and un needed in all other areas if they are useing a computer program for hauling that should be looked at because it was more than likely written By a computer programer and not a train shipper so listen to the yards men and the loaders of the trains they are experianced more than the computer...I say this because our school uses a computer program for the routs and even the bus drivers say it is ridiculous Criss crossing all over if this situation can be solved more easliy it should be tryed first before waisting farm land
