Please consider the environmental impact to the land and farm land and the impact on the people that farm in this proposed area. With the old E-J&E beltway that was taken over by another railroad this beltway will handle all the propose traffic and this rail network is not needed. This beltway was proposed and built to handle the bypass of Chicago. If this rail network could be used daily it will eliminate the need for Fd 350952. its their already and rarely used. Why not use what is already their and ready to be used? No cost to the State or Federal tax payers, the rural areas , animals, plants and wet land areas , insects, like the dragon fly and almost extinct spoted turtle would be left alone. No loud noise, use the network i mentioned. Already built, will bypass, this beltway is not being used or rarely used . i see it everyday and almost never a train or and locomotive traffic on it. Why not check this out and look at whats there. Why not use it , or is one rail company out to over charge the other to use it? I do not understand why the cost and and all the land and danger to the environment , when this rail-network is already built and ready to be used. And its rarely used. Whats the reason why its not used?
