My environmental concern is in regard to the proposed Great Lakes Basin Railroad. This railway would decimate agricultural farmland and the surrounding communities that have lived here for generations. I've lived in this small town of Sumner Township all my life. I've worked my butt off to purchase a home to raise my own family in this great community. I intend to stay here until my dying breath. The pride in a small local community like this is like nothing else. I cannot fathom the thought of being pushed away from my hardwork for the sake of someone else's profit. I ask that you please consider the negatives imposed by this railway that would destroy the very farms and communities that feed this nation. Thank You for your consideration.
