[Mount Prospect] The proposed Great Lakes Basin Railroad, states it wishes to bypass Chicago rail conjestion, but the plan is inconsistent with where the majority of Chicago frieght comes from. It is not preventing frieght from coming to the area, it is just moving frieght that is already here. Many maps show the majority of frieght comes from Kansas City and Memphis, not Indiana and Wisconsin. This plan does not accomplish its goal.
