I would like to thank you for having the scoping meeting in Seneca Il. on April 21, it was helpful and informative and answered a few questions I had. I do not see the need for the project on the grounds that there are already many abandoned and under used track throughout the area. Also C.R.E.A.T.E is well under way and has already alleviated much of the congestion in the Chicago rail system. This new railroad would take away much needed farm land from production and disrupt the lives of many farmers forever. Thank you Ken
