I am opposed to the Great Basin Rain Bypass. It is a flawed idea since there is already infrastructure in place to do what proposed. There is no need to destroy land and agriculture. We need to preserve land for a healthy environment. We need our farms to eat. It is enough to have rails and highways already-use those. This plan is all wrong.
