[Bonfield] I have been diagnosed with severe vertigo. This railroad will be withing 200 to 300 feet of our family room bay window/outside deck. I will no longer be able to sit in our family room or on our deck because the passing of trains will trigger my vertigo, which can bedridden me for at least three days. How will I live in my home? This is a definite environmental effect on my life!
