Dear Mr. Navecky: Here are two pictures of Bald Eagles that hunt and live in the area of the proposed railroad. They depend on the water and food that the rural area provides. This railroad would change their habitat. Good land needs to be left alone.... If we keep destroying good farmland and wildlife's habiat, we will not have any left. There is enough railroads and tracks to utilize. The construction of this new Railroad is not needed. Instead recycle and fix problems, don't create new ones. Sincerely Kim Westfall
