[Valparaiso] Dear Board, I am concerned about the Great Basin Rail line proposal. I view the potential for hazardous materials to leak into the ground and water sources in Morgan Township as a direct harm to my family. We are all on private well water and live within a 1/2 mile of the proposed freight line. Please consider moving the line to unpopulated areas. Thank you, Penny Good
