Dear Sir, I am a teacher at Morgan Township school, a school located within a 1/2 mile of the proposed Great Basin rail line. I have great concern about the amount of noise and vibration that will occur during the school day due to the constant travel of trains. Students will be unable to hear whistles blown on the playground, our special needs students will be upset and disoriented from the train whistles and unable to learn. In doing research, we have learned that students who attend schools in close proximity to rail lines are a full year behind other students their same age in other locations. Please consider moving this rail line elsewhere. Thank you, Penny Good
