If the proposed tracks are built so close to Morgan Township School, the noise of trains passing every 15 minutes or so will have a negative impact on student learning. All students will have difficulty hearing instruction. Students with impairments such as ADHD or autism could be highly distracted or disturbed, which interrupts the learning process for everyone in the classroom.
